USES ultrasonic wave to pump air into the engine

The technology already exsist in those ceramic oscillating fans. Uses a high powered version for the induct of a Ramjet. This will enamble a ramjet or even a scramjet to operate from 0m/s

Can you elaborate? Too sketchy to visualize. Perhaps some background?

Hmm. How would the ultrasonic device be powered? For a scramjet, you'd need a power source capable of supplying a steady stream of supersonic air.

I can't find anything online about those "ceramic oscillating fans". The description reminds me of synthetic jets, but I don't actually know how those work.

Could it operate as a subsonic (inefficient) ramjet blown by this invention until it gets up to Mach 1 airspeed and then receives supersonic ram air?
